Privacy Policy

OfferPlay is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and the third-party SDKs and services integrated into our app.

1. Information We Collect

**Account data:** Phone number, email address, and name provided during registration.

**Device data:** Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (Android Advertising ID, device fingerprint), and IP address.

**Usage data:** Tasks completed, surveys taken, offers clicked, quizzes played, coins earned and redeemed.

**Referral data:** Referral codes used and friends invited.

**App usage data:** Time spent in-app, features used, and session information for fraud prevention.

**Installed apps list (with your explicit consent):** A list of the third-party apps installed on your device. We only read this after you accept the in-app Prominent Disclosure dialog. It is used for offer install verification and to power the offerwall partners listed in §4.

**App usage time (with your explicit consent):** For "play & earn" tasks in the Super Offer flow, OfferPlay reads how long you used the installed target app, via Android's Usage Stats permission that you grant from system Settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your OfferPlay account.

To credit and process coin rewards accurately, including verifying that you completed install-and-earn offers (for which we use the installed apps list once consented).

To process UPI cash, gift card, and voucher redemptions.

To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and cheating.

To send important account notifications and promotional updates.

To serve relevant advertisements through our ad partners.

To improve app features and user experience.

3. What We Do NOT Do

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We never store payment card details — redemptions are handled by verified third-party processors.

We do not collect data from users under 18 years of age.

We do not read your installed apps list, or share it with offerwall partners, until you have accepted the in-app Prominent Disclosure dialog described in §11. If you decline, none of that data is collected or shared.

4. Third-Party SDKs & Services

Our app integrates the following third-party SDKs and services, each of which may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

### Advertising

**Google AdMob** (Google LLC)

We use Google AdMob to display ads within the app. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalised ads.

### Offer Walls & Surveys

**PubScale**

We use PubScale to show third-party offers and tasks. When you open the PubScale OfferWall (after accepting the Prominent Disclosure in §11), PubScale may collect your user ID, device information, the list of apps installed on your device (used to filter install offers for apps you already have), and task completion data to credit rewards.

**AyeT Studios**

We use AyeT Studios to provide survey and offer wall experiences. When you open the AyeT OfferWall (after accepting the Prominent Disclosure in §11), AyeT may collect your device identifiers, IP address, the list of apps installed on your device (used to filter out install offers for apps you already have), and survey response data. The AyeT Surveywall does not access the installed apps list.

**Torox**

We use Torox to provide additional offer wall content. Torox may collect your user ID, device data, and offer completion data via server-to-server postbacks (no installed-apps access from your device).

**CPX Research**

We use CPX Research to provide survey opportunities. CPX Research may collect demographic data, survey responses, and device information.

### Gaming & Playtime

**Adjoe (Playtime SDK)**

We use the Adjoe Playtime SDK to reward you for playing games. After you accept the Prominent Disclosure in §11, Adjoe may collect your device identifiers (Android Advertising ID, Android ID), the list of apps installed on your device (used to recommend games not already installed), app usage statistics, and IP address to calculate playtime rewards.

### Authentication & Analytics

**Firebase (Google LLC)**

We use Firebase for user authentication (phone/OTP login), push notifications (FCM), analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase may collect device identifiers, IP address, and app usage data.

**Google Sign-In (Google LLC)**

We offer Google Sign-In as an authentication option. If used, Google may collect your name, email address, and profile picture.

### Push Notifications

**OneSignal**

We use OneSignal to send push notifications about rewards and app updates. OneSignal may collect your device token, device identifiers, and notification engagement data.

### Rewards Fulfilment

**Xoxoday**

We use Xoxoday to process and fulfil gift card and voucher redemptions. Xoxoday may collect your name, email address, and redemption details to deliver rewards.

**Cashfree Payments**

We use Cashfree for UPI cash payouts and other payment processing related to reward fulfilment. Cashfree may collect your name, bank/UPI details, and transaction information.

### App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, we request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for personalised ad serving.

5. Advertising ID & Tracking

We and our advertising partners (including Google AdMob and Adjoe) may use your Android Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple IDFA to deliver personalised ads and measure ad performance. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings:

**Android:** Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalisation

**iOS:** Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable Allow Apps to Request to Track

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud servers, and access controls to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Anonymised and aggregated analytics data may be retained for longer periods.

8. Children's Privacy

OfferPlay is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately.

9. Your Rights

Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

Request correction of inaccurate data.

Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Opt out of personalised advertising via device settings.

Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Installed Apps Prominent Disclosure

Before OfferPlay reads the list of apps installed on your device, or shares that list with the offerwall partners listed in §4 (Adjoe, AyeT Studios, PubScale), we show you a separate, in-app Prominent Disclosure dialog that:

Explains exactly what data is collected (the list of apps installed on your device).

Explains why each feature needs it: Adjoe Playtime, AyeT OfferWall, PubScale OfferWall, and Super Offer install verification.

Names every third party that receives the data.

Provides an explicit "I Agree & Continue" button and a "Don't Allow" button. We do not interpret tapping outside the dialog, pressing the back button, or backgrounding the app as consent.

You may revoke consent at any time from Profile → Privacy. If you decline or revoke:

The Adjoe Playtime offerwall, AyeT OfferWall, PubScale OfferWall, and Super Offer install verification step will be unavailable.

Surveys, daily bonus, referrals, gift card and UPI redemption, AdMob ads, quizzes, and the rest of OfferPlay continue to work normally.

We do not read or share your installed apps list for any purpose other than the four features above, and not until you have given explicit consent.
